This beautiful quilt features quality piecing and professional machine quilting. It is made with 100% pre-washed, high quality cotton fabrics, and Hobbs Heirloom 100% cotton batting.  It was produced in a smoke-free, pet-free environment.  

The pattern is Valerie’s “Checkerboard Squares” (available on this website).  The quilting designs include: tulips and leaves in the outside border; “X”s in the 16-patch blocks; a tulip design in the alternate blocks; scroll design in the pink border.  All machine quilting was done with a rosy pink colored thread, which blends with the quilt fabrics.
